Anchor shackles provide a secure connection in a wide variety of towing or hoisting cable assemblies. Anchor shackles provide a critical link between a cable and whatever object is in tow or being lifted into the air. Very large anchor shackles may be needed for a skyscraper construction crane, while an anchor shackle that fits in the palm of your hand might be all that’s required by a handyman who’s hoisting a new antenna up to the top of his roof.
